By registering as a driver on the TaoRide platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account.

2. Driver Account

To register, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, contact details, and valid vehicle documentation. Your account is subject to review and approval by our administration team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. Platform Services

TaoRide provides a marketplace connecting drivers with transfer requests. Drivers may browse anonymized transfer listings and submit price proposals. TaoRide acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to the transport contract between the driver and the passenger.

4. Driver Obligations

As a registered driver you agree to:

• Maintain a valid driver's license and all legally required permits
• Keep your vehicle in safe, clean, and roadworthy condition
• Arrive on time for confirmed transfers
• Provide professional and courteous service to passengers
• Carry adequate insurance coverage for commercial transport
• Comply with all applicable local transportation laws and regulations

5. Pricing & Payments

Drivers submit price proposals for available transfers. Once a proposal is accepted, the agreed price is binding. TaoRide may deduct a service commission from the final payment. Payment terms and schedules are communicated upon account approval.

6. Cancellations

Repeated cancellations of confirmed transfers may result in penalties, reduced visibility in the marketplace, or account suspension. Valid cancellation reasons must be communicated to TaoRide administration in advance.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

TaoRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your driver account at any time for violation of these terms, receipt of consistent negative passenger feedback, or failure to maintain required documentation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TaoRide is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the transport services provided by drivers. Drivers operate as independent contractors and assume full responsibility for their services.

9. Modifications

TaoRide may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered drivers of significant changes via email.
