Service Agreement

These terms constitute the agreement between you and Giptrans s.r.o., headquartered at Pacovská 2104/1, Krč, 140 00 Praha 4.

By completing a reservation through our platform, you acknowledge and accept these conditions in full. Order confirmation signifies your explicit agreement to the terms referenced herein.

What We Offer

Giptrans s.r.o. facilitates premium private transportation services across European destinations. We arrange seamless door-to-door journeys with vetted professional chauffeurs and well-maintained vehicles.

Key Definitions

  • Provider – Giptrans s.r.o., the entity delivering transport services under these terms
  • Client – Any individual or organization utilizing our services via a confirmed booking
  • Service – The actual transportation or its arrangement performed by the Provider
  • Operator – An employed or contracted driver executing the transport service

Reservations & Payments

  • All reservations depend on vehicle availability and require confirmation
  • Quoted prices are displayed in your selected currency at checkout
  • Complete payment is expected upon booking unless alternative terms apply
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
  • Transactions may be processed in CZK, EUR, GBP, or USD

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: full refund available
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: 50% of fare applies
  • Cancellations under 2 hours before pickup: 100% charge applies
  • Failure to appear at pickup: complete fare is forfeited
  • Refund processing takes 5–10 business days via original payment method

Client Obligations

  • Supply accurate pickup coordinates and reachable contact details
  • Be present at the designated pickup point on time
  • Communicate special needs (child seats, accessibility features) during booking
  • Show respect toward drivers and vehicle interiors
  • All passengers must use seatbelts throughout the trip
  • Smoking inside vehicles is strictly prohibited

Baggage Guidelines

Each vehicle class has specific luggage capacity. Please notify us beforehand about oversized items, sports equipment (skis, bikes, golf clubs), or unusual cargo. Additional fees may apply for excess baggage.

Grace Periods

  • Airport collections: 60 minutes free waiting from actual landing time
  • Railway station pickups: 30 minutes complimentary waiting
  • Standard addresses: 15 minutes included at no charge
  • Extended waiting beyond grace periods may incur hourly surcharges

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for punctuality and excellence, Giptrans s.r.o. cannot be held responsible for delays arising from traffic congestion, adverse weather, construction, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We advise booking with buffer time for flight connections.
